NOS never used or installed. This generator unit is also the designated unit for many Stewart Warner tachometers and speedometers. This unit works on 12 Volt 24 Volt and 36 Volt electrical systems interchangeably. NOS, never used or installed.

7/8-18 female thread pattern fitting. This unit uses any VDO or Stewart Warner drive key. As far as I know these went out of production a few years after the sending unit production was moved from Germany to the Czech Republic but I'm pretty sure they are currently made in in India using the original tooling just like 90% of VDO's new products even though the new parts are still stamped "Czech Republic".
